About special online meditation classes
Meditation was first developed in India according the wall arts in the Indian subcontinent from approximately 5,000 to 3,500 BCE, showing people seated in meditative postures with half-closed eyes.
Meditation is known as habitual process of training the mind to focus and redirect our thoughts. Nowadays Meditation becomes a special, powerful way to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Many people think of it as a way to reduce stress and develop concentration.
